Snow Angel Fitness Series, Volume 3, GET LEAN

This advanced level video is designed for both the competitive multisport athlete and recreational exerciser. The workouts are very anaerobic in nature and will push your strength levels to new heights.
This video contains (3) different workouts, each with a specific purpose.
The Core Stabilization workout is a 30 minute, total body strength program with a primary focus on torso stabilization. Use this routine to enhance your posture, stabilize your low back and strengthen your abdomen.
The Leg and Glute workout is designed to teach you how to properly use the largest muscle group in the body, the legs, hip & glute area. Learn how to strengthen and stabilize your knees and hips with proper squat and lunge technique. This 30 minute lower body workout will teach you how to push your lower body strength to new heights.
The Arm and Shoulder workout is focused on upper body strength and is designed to enhance the functional capacity of both your shoulders and arms by forcing you to work above and beyond your normal intensity.
