This beginner level series of workouts is the perfect transition from inactivity to consistent exercise.  Theexercises involved are multi-joint and multi-planar in nature, thusallowing for a greater degree of carryover to real-life situations.  My ultimate goal is to show you how strength training can enhance your personal health and improve your quality of life. 


This video contains (3) different workouts, each with a specific purpose.

 

The Core Stabilization workout is a 30 minute, total body strength program with a primary focus on torso stabilization.  Use this routine to enhance your posture and stabilize your low back. 

 

The Leg and Glute workout is designed to teach you how to properly use the largest muscle group in the body, the legs.  This 30 minute lower body workout will teach you the basics of proper squat technique along with the concept of reducing un-necessary pressure on your knees and low back every time you bend over. 


The Arm and Shoulder workout is focused on upper body strength and is designed to enhance the functional capacity of both your shoulders and arms.  This 30 minute workout will show you how to safely transform your arms and shoulders back into shape. 

 

It’s time to repair and rebuild the metabolism that has been damaged by years of yo-yo dieting and inactivity.
