This video contains (3) different workouts, each with a specific purpose.
The Core Stabilization workout is a 30 minute, total body strength program with a primary focus on torso stabilization. Using the concepts of functional, balance and proprioception training, this routine will strengthen your core musculature.
The Leg and Glute workout is designed to teach you how to utilize and enhance the strength in your lower body. This 30 minute workout will teach you how to strengthen and stabilize your knees and hips with proper squat and lunge technique.
The Arm and Shoulder workout is focused on upper body strength and is designed to enhance the functional capacity of both your shoulders and arms. This workout will challenge your upper body and strengthen your biceps, triceps and shoulders in less than 30 minutes.
